These terms and conditions apply when you use the Aces Design Studio website, or engage us for interior design, turnkey project management, or 3D rendering services in Gżira or elsewhere in Malta. By using our website or booking a consultation with us, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, reach out through our Contact Us page before starting a project.

The exact scope of work for any project is confirmed in writing, usually through a quote or proposal, before work begins. See our Projects page for examples of completed work, and our About Us page for more on how we work.
Initial consultations, whether by phone, in person, or through our contact form, are provided free of charge and do not commit either party to a project. Any quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and may be revised once we assess the property in person or receive more detail about the scope of work. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties confirm it in writing.
Payment terms, including deposit amounts, staged payments, and final balances, are set out individually in each project’s quote or agreement, since they vary depending on project size and scope. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work will not begin until any required deposit has been received.
We provide estimated timelines for each project based on its size and complexity, for example, our typical commercial office fit-out takes approximately six weeks from initial consultation to final drawings and 3D visuals. These are estimates, not guarantees. Timelines can be affected by factors outside our control, including contractor availability, supplier delivery times, permit approvals, and client decision turnaround on material or design choices.
Where we manage contractors and suppliers on your behalf as part of a turnkey project, we select and coordinate tradespeople in good faith based on our experience and working relationships in Malta. We are not liable for delays, defects, or issues caused directly by third-party contractors or suppliers, though we will act promptly to help resolve any such issues as part of our project management service.
Design concepts, floor plans, 3D renders, and other materials we produce remain the intellectual property of Aces Design Studio until a project is paid in full, at which point usage rights transfer to the client for their own property. We reserve the right to use completed project images, with client permission, in our own portfolio, website, and marketing materials, including our Projects page.
If you need to cancel or pause a project after work has started, contact us as soon as possible. Any deposit or payment already made for completed work, materials ordered, or hours spent on design and coordination up to that point is non-refundable, since it reflects work already carried out or committed on your behalf.
Content on this website, including text, images, and 3D renders, belongs to Aces Design Studio unless otherwise stated, and should not be copied or reused without our permission. We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail, including project timelines mentioned in past case studies, will reflect current pricing or availability.
While we take care in every stage of design and project management, Aces Design Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a project, including delays caused by third parties, changes in material availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Maltese law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Aces Design Studio will be handled under Maltese jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example as our services or business practices evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
